Charlotte discovered and fell in love with Pilates as a way of healing and reaching her best potential both physically and mentally. After years of struggle with physical and mental health, including injuries, food disorder, and ADHD, Pilates was the tool that helped her break this pattern.
French born Charlotte, is now settled in the Costa del Sol and attributes Pilates with playing a major role in her recovery, by strengthening both her mind and body. Over the years, she has developed and practices her own signature method of Pilates – Glimmer Pilates.
